Editing Day of faster respawns

This day can be only made on a normal day, by natural events or using the [[Day of Faster Respawns Stone]]. This day makes all Normal [[Creatures]] spawn x2 faster than their normal spawn. Such as if it took 1 hour for a [[Creature| Monster/Animal]] to spawn then it would only take 30 mins.
