Editing Double speed

The Evacator Cloak or Perk gives double speed harvesting on all harvestables EXCEPT those requiring items to harvest ([[Matter Conglomerate]]s or swords) but some of the lower level harvestables have [[some]] locations which are by nature Double Speed including these places among others:
* Blue Lupines
** Portland [208,207]
** Grubani Peninsula [32,343]
** Egratia Point
** Palon Vertas [18,65] 
* Chrysanthemum 
** Portland [176,109], x2 [188,91]
** Palon Vertas [205,192]
* Inpatients
** Portland [187,87]
** Grubani Peninsula [25,354] 

Note: Not all flowers are double speed and you may need to look for plant farther from storage to get one double speed - double speed plants can be mixed in single speed in same area.
