Only available from EL Shop. Can be used to change your color/race/sex. It cost 5 USD, but if you buy 25, it's only 4 bucks each (like the rostos).

It will not make you a pay to play (P2P) race (Gnome, Draegoni, Orchan) if you have not already paid for a P2P race.
