Lone tag is for people tired of rejecting repeated requests to join some guild. The Lone tag is effective in reducing, and even eliminating such requests.
You continue playing as if you have no guild tag. There's no #il, no #gm, no guild chat, no guild projects, not anything that's guild-related. You're free to take the tag, and you're free to have it removed at any time.
