Invisibility in Eternal Lands is a state in which a player or creature does not appear on screen under normal circumstances. The following items can render the user invisible:

Players can remain invisible only temporarily. If you become invisible, you will remain partially visible to yourself and appear translucent or ghost-like on your screen. Being invisible is similar to having the Monster Magnetism Perk or Cloak in that most creatures will ignore you. Unlike MM, invisibility works against Arctic Chimerans and Dragons.

So far, the Invisible Rat is the only invisible creature. It remains invisible permanently.

Invisibility is not related to perception or vision distance at night. Therefore, it is not related to the Light Modifier, Lightmeters, Night Visors, or the Cape of Passive Camouflage.

Negation of effects

Invisibility can be rendered useless if an observer has True Sight or if an invisible character walks in the range of an Invisibility Removal Ward, an engineering item.

If you fire a ranging weapon while invisible, you will temporarily become visible each time you fire it unless you have the Ninja Perk or have the Tunic of the Ninja equipped.
