What does #reset do?

Typing #reset twice in game does the following:

You do not lose your levels or experience in skills, knowledge (books read), items in storage or inventory.

Common reasons to do a #reset are: to get rid of Perks, to try a different build (attributes wise) or just enjoy the fast leveling ;p
