Magic
A sigil is a symbol that is needed along with essences to cast magic spells. Sigils are never consumed, can't break, can't be dropped or traded, and are not lost if you do a #reset
. Once you buy a sigil from the magic shops in either White Stone City or Grahm's Village, you have it for the rest of the game.
A few sigils (Air, Earth, Destroy and Death) are currently not used by any spells. Buying those sigils would therefore be pointless.
