She talks about Juliana, an ice fisher, and Teyona, a gatherer of fur clothing. Luvela also claims to have been saved from the cold by someone from the Brother's Forge manufacturing school in the west of Irinveron. While talking to you, she has an epiphany about using a rocket or satellite to monitor the weather.
