Regia is one of the two merchants that sell Sigils and does trade in essences. Her Sigils sell for 400gc each.

Salina is the other of the two merchants that sell Sigils and does trade in essences. Her Sigils sell for 700gc each.

Try to find players to buy your essences, rather than visiting the stores. You can normally make more money, save the time spent transporting the essences between NPCs and help support your fellow players.
