Seridia magic shops
Although there are many magic shops located through out the lands of Draia, it should be noted that only the two in White Stone specialize in assisting the aspiring magic user. The one in Portland caters to those who will be crafting jewelry.
White Stone City
Regia is one of the two merchants that sell Sigils and does trade in essences. Her Sigils sell for 400gc each.
Grahms Village
Salina is the other of the two merchants that sell Sigils and does trade in essences. Her Sigils sell for 700gc each.

Try to find players to buy your essences, rather than visiting the stores...
You can normally make more money, save the time spent transporting the essences between NPCs and help support your fellow players.
Irilion magic shops
Although White Stone, Seridia is the only place to buy Sigils. Those that abide in Irilion can also trade Essences via the magic shops in Sedicolis (Omida) and Glacmor (Shantir, also buys regular Medallions).
Similar to Seridia, Irilion's other Magic Shops cater to the needs of crafters, namely Zantos's shop in Idaloran and Ringa's in Isle of the Forgotten.
