Effects

Gives the Powersaving Perk when worn, that means if your material and ethereal points are at their maximum, skill and nexus levels are normal and you're not researching anything, you don't lose 1 food point per minute or 3 food points if you have the Powerhungry Perk. You still lose normal food when you recover Action Points. Any food loss beyond the normal 1 point (3 points) per minute, e.g. while harvesting or mixing using the manufacturing window, still occurs.
