She resides in the temple on the White Stone Temples map with Neru, a minor priest of Aluwen. Noria manages the quests of Aluwen's followers and grants them free healing. She also sells 
Titanium Chain Mail for 5,000 gold coins to followers of Aluwen who are at the 5th level (maximum) of worship.
