Animals and other passive creatures

These creatures are not aggressive (won't attack you first) unless they are part of an instance or invasion (the only exception from this is Nenorocit, Badaran, and the Unicorn):

Monsters

These creatures are aggressive (will attack you first) unless you have a certain defense level or combat level. If they are part of an instance or invasion, then they are always aggressive.

Instance, Invance and invasion monsters

These creatures only appear as part of an instance, invance or invasion. They are always aggressive.
