- Each time you change to a new map or enter or exit a building, you have a 30% chance of going to Hell without losing any items. Rings and Teleport spells are not effected.
Other Notes
- If you are wearing a Heavenspawn Medallion and you have this perk, if you are sent to Hell, instead of going to Hell you lose your medallion.
