Nearly everyone has had to reset their character because they selected the wrong perks in the beginning. So it might be good to ask others for advice before taking any perk. Taking a perk at a low level is often highly discouraged. Also some perks can only be obtained by completing quests.
The removal of perks may be done in one of two ways:
- Removal Stones: Only available for certain perks. Perks that may be removed with a stone have this stated on their page.
- Reset: A reset will, among other things, remove every perk except Skeptic Perk and the perks obtained by completing quests.
