At the coordinates [89,143] you can find the entry to the Portland Titanium Mine, The mine is in two levels the lower contains many Skeletons, Armed Skeletons, Large Spiders and the upper has one Phantom Warrior and one Skeleton. Its a place of frequent invasions and thus is not the place one would like to stay long inside.
