The teleport ring drops you right in the middle of the map at [100,99], west of the ruined town of Betha.

This map has a crashed ship.
Firepit (not tested) [142,23], [109,156]
Burning log [111,161], [140,155], [154,144]
A "strange platform" with a yellow ball at [100,100]. Point to the ball and you'll end up in a barrel at [95,120]
Waterfall [14,122]; This waterfall is a fast regeneration area.
There are several small caves.
PK cave (small) [123,179]
The cave by the PV entrance has a ladder.

A horseshoe west of the lake (at extreme edge) leads to a cave with no real use.
The shield on the front of the ship leads to a secret area.
There is a secret area in the tavern - click the brown bottle in the rack behind the counter. Again nothing much there.
